“I scheduled an appointment for 10 year old daughter with Dr. Pettis, due to nose bleeds and a plugged ear. Dr. Pettis was extremely patient with her and put her (and me) at ease immediately upon entering his exam room. He provided so much information on how the ear, nose and throat are are connected and gave us a biology lesson on what was going on with my daughter. Upon leaving the office, my daughter stated she felt she was in an episode of The Magic School Bus! She felt empowered and cared for all at the same time! “

“I highly recommend Dr. Pettis. I have seen him several times and during each visit he takes “time” to involve me and explain exactly what he’s seeing when using his scope to look at my throat. He speaks openly in terms that are easily understood. I leave the office knowing what the issue is and what he believes is causing the problem. On two occasions when I had worrisome symptoms appear, he offered to work outside of normal business hours so I could be seen! The front office girls are very nice and patient. They have provided my medical paperwork promptly when I have requested it. When I’m in this office I feel I’m with friends that are there to help.
